Shipping Time Estimates (US): 3-7 Business Days unless otherwise specified. 

At this time, we only ship to the lower 48 States.

Simply choose your color or style (if applicable) from the menu choice on the product page then click the “ADD TO CART” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email. 

Occasionally, when you order multiple items we may utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. You should also receive a tracking number for each item should this be the case so don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! 

Our store meets all 6 categories of PCI compliance standards; meaning we adhere to the highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Additionally, every page of our store uses SSL encryption technology to protect our shoppers. You can verify this by looking up at your browser address bar and seeing "https://" in front of our web address and the padlock icon as well. This ensures that ALL data is encrypted and secure while browsing and shopping our store and that nothing gets out. 

This depends on the laws of your country. We strive to avoid this, however we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. 

While we do processing and ship our products with the goal of having you receive them within a week or less, there are occasionally some problems that arise that are beyond our control, such as weather delays.

If you need the item(s) ordered by a specific time (as a holiday gift, for example), we recommend you place your order as soon as possible, allowing 1-2 weeks before the date required to account for possible shipping delays (such as weather) otherwise there is a risk of the item not arriving on time. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive due to shipping or processing delays.  

Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order
